Brown Stew Chicken Foot

Ingredient

2 lbs. chicken
1 Tb sp. salt
1 Tb sp. black pepper
1 small onion
1 sprig thyme
2 Tbs ps. food browning
¼ cup vegetable oil

Cooking Directions

1. Joint chicken Foot in two.
3. In a heavy pot with cover, heat oil and add all chicken neck & back pieces
4. add seasoning, pour water over chicken foot .
5. Cover pot and cook slowly until chicken foot is tender
