Ingredients

1 bunch callaloo fresh, chopped
3 cups water
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 scotch bonnet to taste
¼ cup vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

1. In a heavy pot with cover, heat oil and add callaloo
and season with salt and water.
