1/2 cup flour
21/2 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tbsp. salt
11/2 cups cornmeal
1 egg
3 tbsp. melted margarine
1 cup milk
Cooking Directions
Grease an 8 inch square baking tin. Heat in the oven for 2 minures. Sift the dry ingredients together. Using a few rapid strokes stir in the lightly beaten egg, milk and margarine. ( the mixture should be still be lumpy.) Bake on te top shelf at 425° F for 25 minutes.
