Curry Chicken

Ingredients

6-8 pieces of cut up chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 large onion
1 1/2 tbs. curry powder
2 tbs. oil
2 cloves garlic
2 cups water

Cooking Directions

1. Clean chicken or wash with lime
2. Season chicken with salt, pepper and other seasonings
3. Massage curry into chicken
4. Heat oil and add all chicken
6. Add 1 cup water
7. Cover and let simmer for 25 minutes, Add water as needed
