Duckunoo, Blue Draws, Tie a Leaf

Ingredient

1 lb Dashen or Coco (optional)
1 Cup grated coconut
2 lb sweet potatoes
1 cup flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp mixed spice
2 cups coconut milk
1lb cups brown sugar

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Place one cup mixture into quailed banana leaves.
3. Wrap and tie with string or banana bark. Put the small parcels in boiling water , and cook for one hour.
