1 lb fish or fish head
2 qt. water
1 green Scotch bonnet pepper
2 sprig of thyme
1 medium cho-cho
1 package Grace fish soup mix (optional)
1 clove garlic
1 lb potatoes, cubed
1. Bring water to boil.
2. Add fish.
3. Add seasoning, seasoning mix.
4. Cover pot and let cook for 20 minutes
5. Remove as much of the fish from broth as possible
6. Let cool and remove bones (optional)
7. Add remaining ingredients, let simmer for 20 more minutes
8. Return flesh to broth, cool and enjoy.
