3 ozs firm margarine
1 teasp seasoning salt
1 teasp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
2-3 scotch bonnet peppers, very finely chopped
6 crushed pimento leaves
11/2 lb shrimps
Cooking Directions
Melt the margarine. Stir fry the seasonings for a minute, then add the shrimps and continue lightly tossing until they the shrimps and continue lightly tossing until they are cooked ( about 10 more minutes.) Serve as a snack or peel and serve as an appetizer or main course dish.
