Jerk Chicken

Ingredients

2 lb chicken pieces
3 tbsp Jerk seasoning
1 tbsp Soy sauce

Cooking Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl until well blended
2. Marinate a few hours or overnight
3. Place on greased grill over hot coals 5-7 inches from heat
4. Grill or broil 40-45 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently
